IT turnaround……. We have unique experience in helping companies that are experiencing serious operating problems and business interruptions caused by unsuccessful ERP implementations.  The symptoms range from an inability to ship product, inability to invoice, poor production planning (making the wrong product) to undisclosed inventory shortages.  We use a step-by-step approach to identify problems, develop corrective actions, assign responsibility for fixing and/or maintaining the systems area and establish procedures and reports for monitoring the problem areas. Our professionals have helped several companies reduce manufacturing cycle times, implement quality and productivity improvements.  Some clients were not meeting customer delivery requirements, inventories were out of control and they were experiencing manufacturing and planning problems.  Working with a representative teams of managers and staff members from planning and manufacturing departments, we identified and implemented opportunities to improve operations and product delivery.  We use principles from our own BPR Methodology, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Just-in-Time and Quality Management.
